So the Yankees got a great start out of Wang last night and got the win, getting their record over .500 at 33-32.
The Mets lost their fifth straight to the lowly NL West, dropping their record to 30-33.

Oh yeah, and that feel-good piece on citizenship for David Ortiz. He's the guy THAT DOESN'T FUCKING PLAY IN NEW YORK. BLARRRAHGGHHHHGGHGG.
This is just another example of why I stopped reading the Daily News many moons ago (editorial policies aside). Their negativity when it comes to the Yankees is unbelieveable.
Whenever the News dares to call me asking if I want a subscription, they are usually sorry they called soon afterwards.
