Nahhh, I wouldn't bother with learning Spanish if I were Wright or Wagner. The GM's only going to be Latin for another, what... 3 months?

Also, I heard where Willie can go work anywhere, but that the salary he earned would be subtracted from the amount owed on his remaining contract. So if I were the Yanks, I'd sign him for a $1, if only for the PR of it all.
PS - Wright is SO gone. I have no problem envisioning him digging out throws at first from A-Rod.
Wright signed an extension that takes him a year or two past his arbitration time. He's stuck in Queens for a few more years and I think he's sorta overrated personally. The Yanks are probably going to give most of Pettitte's money to Sabathia, and most of Giambi's money to Teixeira this off-season...
